Jordan Papa

Jordan Papa is a highly regarded strength and conditioning coach, known for his leadership as Head of Performance in securing Niue’s first-ever Commonwealth Games medal in Birmingham and guiding the Warriors 17s to their historic Harold Matthews Championship season.

Through JP ATHLETIC, Jordan also founded Huskies Sports Club before joining the Warriors Pathways program to drive meaningful change. He is deeply committed to developing and empowering young athletes, making a significant impact on the next generation of sports stars.

Jordan’s extensive experience includes collaborations with elite professionals and Olympic athletes, highlighting his expertise and unwavering dedication. His contributions inspire both athletes and coaches, consistently setting new standards of excellence within the industry.

In 2025, Jordan will join the NRL Warriors High Performance staff.

Founder & Director

David Bahadoor

Hailing from the United Kingdom, David has over a decade worth of professional experience in various healthcare settings, including the NHS, the private sector, and the realm of Elite Sport. More recently, David has worked as a Clinical Specialist MSK physiotherapist, alongside GPS.

Davids career has seen him work with Premier League Clubs such as Manchester United and Liverpool FC Academy, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the development of both male and female athletes.

Subsequently, David assumed the position of Lead Physiotherapist for the first team at Widnes Vikings Super League Club for three years before relocating to New Zealand.

David's main interests lie in the management of Musculoskeletal injuries particularly within the field of Elite Sport. He has a vast amount of experience assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal pathologies within all age categories ranging from young children through to older adults.

Kevin Bell

Kevins commitment to athletes' well-being extends to world-class massage therapy. Kevin Bell is an experienced therapist, who understands the physical, mental, and emotional toll elite athletes face.

With an extensive history of working with NRL Clubs, Pro Rugby / 7s Teams as well as providing services to the Breakers, Moana Pasifika, and the Northern Stars in 2024, the service Kevin provides is second to none.

Harry Finnigan

Harry is a passionate and highly motivated Performance Nutritionist with a Master's Degree in Applied Nutrition Practice.

As a performance nutritionist, Harry specialises in optimising nutrition strategies to enhance athletic performance, support muscle development, and accelerate recovery. His expertise lies in tailoring nutrition plans to meet the specific needs of each individual, considering their goals, training intensity, and unique physiology.

Harry currently works for the Warriors, Blues and Northland Rugby. He strive's to constantly stay updated on the latest advancements in sports nutrition to offer cutting-edge advice to his clients.
