Combine - Group Testing
Enhance Athlete Performance
The aim of combine testing is to enhance athlete performance and elevate their sporting potential by identifying individual strengths and weaknesses within an environment that cultivates excellence.
This is accomplished through a standardised measurement system, enabling athletes to compare their abilities with others on a national and global scale.
Combine testing collects accurate, reliable, and objective athletic performance measurements and sports-specific data using the most advanced athlete testing technology available.
Track & Monitor
We systematically track and monitor athlete progress over time, ensuring that athletes have the assurance that their training efforts are translating into enhanced physical performance, thereby providing them with a competitive edge in their sport.
Our reports are comprehensive yet user-friendly, tailored to align with the preferences and needs of your team or organisation.
Following completion, each athlete receives an individualised report detailing their performance across various combine categories. This enables athletes to pinpoint areas of strength and areas needing improvement, while also offering insights into their standing compared to other athletes.
Our Standard Combine
In our standard combine, we cover a range of assessments tailored to provide comprehensive insights into athlete capabilities:

- Body Measurements: Includes weight, height, standing reach, arm span, and hand span.
Jumps
- Force Plates: Measures athlete's Reactive Strength Index (RSI), Squat Jump, and Counter Movement Jump.
- Broad Jump: Evaluates athlete's horizontal jumping ability.
- Single Leg Hop & Stick: Provides a baseline measurement for return to sport readiness.
Change of Direction
- 5-0-5 COD Test: Assesses athlete's ability to change direction, emphasising left vs. right foot agility.
Speed
- 40m Sprint: Measures both acceleration and top-end speed.

Combine Details
A combine session typically spans approximately 2 hours, accommodating groups of up to 40 athletes per session or up to 120 athletes in a day. Our pricing strategy follows a threshold model, where the size of the group influences the cost of organising a combine event.
We provide the flexibility to tailor the combine to the specific requirements and preferences of the sport or organisation. This includes the option to add or remove tests according to the desired focus areas.
